Keith Copeland
Keith Copeland is President of Copeland and Associates, Inc. His firm aids and assists organizations in achieving their potential. With a Masters of Science Degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development plus fifteen years experience in a General Motors factory, he brings a real world perspective to his work. Some of Keith’s client organizations are Ford, General Motors, Saturn, Johnson Controls, Navistar, Motorola, Verizon and EDS.
Keith has helped companies develop and implement re-engineering efforts, team based work systems and pay for knowledge systems. Keith was also instrumental in helping a major automobile manufacturer move to a Lean Manufacturing orientation. Copeland and Associates regularly presents workshops concerning concepts and application of Effective Leadership, The Learning Organization, Creativity, Team Dynamics and Effective Teams ad Personal Discovery.
Working with the entire organization, Keith strives to involve each person more fully. In so doing, the power and wisdom of the whole organization can be unleashed and true change and growth can occur.
In 1998, Keith and his wife Donna opened Quest Martial Arts. Quest quickly grew to a large martial arts school. As a result, Keith has consulted with many small businesses to help them implement the same systems and philosophies that made Quest Martial Arts a success.
Keith is the author of “The Path To Yourself, The Inner Search For Outer Meaning”. His powerful book has helped individuals and families grow, heal and find more meaning in their lives. Keith has several seminars he presents to give people more tools and skills to create the life of their dreams.
Keith’s new book, “Success@Business, The Seven Secrets To Earning Your Black Belt In Business” is designed to help small, medium and large businesses reach more of their potential and help the business owner become a true business owner and not an employee if the business.
